  • Quantum expert on remeasurement of M&E works across five major UK train stations (2025).
  • Specialist delay and quantum expert services on cost-escalation claims worth SAR 6 billion for a government ministry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2023–2024), leading a team of 12 consultants.
  • Quantum and technical expert opinion across power and engineering, ports, highways, rail, oil and gas and manufacturing.
  • CPR Part 35 reports, joint statements and oral evidence, with strict role separation maintained.

Advisory, Commercial & Governance

  • Senior commercial and advisory leadership across Rimkus (MD, EMEA), HKA Global, Currie & Brown (Head of Europe) and Network Rail (Head of Commercial).
  • Led negotiation and settlement on numerous public and private disputes.
  • Development of standard risk, claims and contract-administration procedures for major public clients.
  • Chair of the UK Construction Industry Council Liability Panel; board and committee roles.
